  • Due to the unique nature of each custom home or addition project, there is no fixed average cost. Our company caters to a range of big and small budgets, and we adopt an honest and transparent pricing approach.

  • At Parallel, we believe in involving our customers in the design process to ensure their custom home is uniquely tailored to their needs. We value your input and work closely with you every step of the way, from the basic layout to the finishing touches. We focus on creating a hassle-free construction process that doesn't compromise quality or efficiency.

    Building a custom home is a significant investment, so we prioritize energy efficiency in all our builds. Our homes feature high-performance exterior wall assemblies, energy-efficient doors and windows, and top-of-the-line ceiling-roof assemblies. With Parallel, you can have a home that is uniquely yours and environmentally sustainable.

  • Construction-to-permanent loans:

    • A temporary construction loan is issued for about 12-16 months, then converted to a traditional mortgage when a certificate of occupancy has been issued.

    • During construction, interest-only payments are made.

    • Unlike other types of loans, one closing and one set of closing costs.

    Construction-only loans:

    • The monthly interest is paid on the loan funds disbursed during construction.

    • When construction wraps up, borrowers apply for a mortgage on the property, either with that lender or a different lender.

    • Two separate closings and two separate closing costs.

    Lot loans:

    • Lot loans finance the purchase of land while designing a custom home until plans are solidified, and a construction loan is obtained.
